Introduction
AADB provides sequence search and statistical analysis functions for the pH resistance gene database.
Main Features:
- BLAST Search: Sequence similarity search based database query
- Database Information: Database statistics and metadata viewing

Usage Instructions
Feature Module Description
1. BLAST Search
- Input protein sequence or upload FASTA format file
- Customize search parameters (E-value threshold, maximum number of results)
- Display search results table and visualization charts
- Support result export in CSV format
2. Database Information
- Display basic database statistics
- Functional system distribution statistics
- Major species source analysis
- Database file structure information
System Requirements
- Python 3.8 or higher
- BLAST+ tool (for sequence search functionality)
Notes
- BLAST search function requires pre-installed BLAST+ tool
- First run may require loading the database, please be patient
- BLAST+ functionality may not be available when deployed on Streamlit Cloud platform
